"Soul"By LoveinLoss (myself)
I always wondered what my soul would look like if I looked into a mirror capable of projecting it back at me. In trying to unlock that essence I would listen to a great deal of inspiring music and try to decode what was it that attracted me to that song.

A long silence, broken!  I have been at work on a large-scale triptych (50x40” per panel) that I finished this week.  This is a rough view of the thing, and the colors have gone off a bit, but the idea is there.  For any of you in the SF bay area there will be an opening for this piece as well as some others sometime in the coming month or two.  Details to follow when they solidify from the ether.

The Occult Artists Collective is a project dedicated to displaying and promoting the work of living practitioners of the Hidden Art.

Throughout history practitioners of the magical arts have used artwork and the poetic verse as a method of transmitting, through symbolism and allegory, that which cannot be conveyed through the vulgar word.
It is in this spirit that this project is born. May it be a hallowed temple for the faithful congregant. May the torch of illumination tear through the dark, as the darkness whispers sweetly psalms of praise.
Let the Great Work be displayed in the gallery of the soul.
In Tenebris, Lux.
